Kavilumpara Grama Panchayat 2024–2025 Annual Plan Statement

According to the Annual Plan Report for the financial year 2024–2025 (Expenditure Report through Implementing Officers) of Kavilumpara Grama Panchayat, allocations have been primarily made in the following development sectors:

Key Project Sectors (2024–2025)

1. Agricultural Sector (Agricultural Officer)

• 
  Crop Development: Includes projects for the development of coconut, banana, and intercrop cultivation.
• 
  Protection Projects: Emphasizes agricultural protection projects such as solar fencing construction.
• 
  Distribution of Agricultural Inputs: Implements schemes including the distribution of lime (soil conditioner/fertilizer).

   Animal Husbandry Sector (Veterinary Surgeon)

• 
  Animal Health Programs: Funds allocated for purchasing medicines for the veterinary hospital and health control programs such as stray dog population control schemes.

   

  • Production Enhancement: Allocations made for projects including the distribution of layer chickens for farmers.

     Health Sector (Medical Officer – PHC/CHC, Homeo, Ayurveda)

      

  • Public Health: Gives importance to implementing Health and Wellness activities and providing diagnostic facilities in Family Health Centers (FHCs) and sub-centers.

     

  • Palliative Care: Allocations made for palliative care programs such as Jeevathalam.

     

  • AYUSH: Funds set aside for purchasing medicines for Ayurveda and Homeopathy dispensaries.

  • Housing Schemes: Funds allocated for the housing scheme under the LIFE Mission for homeless Scheduled Tribe (ST) individuals.
