The vision and mission of Kavilumpara Grama Panchayat, a hilly Grama Panchayat in Kozhikode district, are based on local development, agriculture, environmental protection, and transparent governance:

  • Agricultural Prosperity: Ensure the financial security of farmers by strengthening the agricultural sector (spices, coconut, etc.), which is the primary source of income in Kavilumpara.
